Chelsea Adams began her career saving lives as a flight nurse in the back of a helicopter before transitioning into the healthcare technology sector. With a passion for innovation and impact, she has successfully built and scaled customer success teams at leading healthtech companies including Butterfly Network, Etiometry, and most recently, Mednition.
Chelsea brings deep expertise in process improvement, operational efficiency, organizational leadership, and land-and-expand growth strategies. Her leadership style is grounded in data-driven decision-making and a commitment to both patient outcomes and business performance.
She holds a Master of Health Administration from The George Washington University’s Milken Institute School of Public Health and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt through the Institute for Healthcare Improvement at the University of North Carolina. In her community, Chelsea is proud to be a FIRST Robotics Mentor for the Gadget Girls, one of the only all-girls robotics teams in the United States.
