His career began in software consulting at CRMNEXT India, where he advised and implemented solutions for some of Asia's largest banks, leveraging CRM software to enhance revenue and operational efficiency. He later transitioned to technical sales consulting for a U.S.-based startup, where he led sales engineering, sales operations, and enablement functions during a period of rapid growth. 

In 2021, Darryl joined Cisco Systems, a global leader in technology, as a high-performing sales engineer. There, he quickly became a trusted advisor to his peers and leaders, demonstrating exceptional proficiency in new product domains like Splunk, AppDynamics, and the broader Observability ecosystem. His success is not only attributed to his technical depth but also to his unique ability to actively listen, provide insightful advice, and adeptly solve complex problems - qualities that underscore his core values as an Advisor and Provider.
